President Justin Isaacs
Justin Isaacs - started his football career at Finneytown High School, where he played for 3 years and was team MVP all 3 years. He wanted to further his career to college, so he transferred to Reading High School, were he graduated in 2005 and was the MVP there as well. He finished High School with 3,200 rushing yards, 35 touchdowns.
Justin tried going to college in Northern Ohio but, things did not work in his favor. He didn't get down because God has a plan for everyone. Justin stayed in Columbus and played for the Central Ohio Lions where in his first year with the Lions he rushed for 2,800 yards, 29 touchdowns, and was the rookie of the year. He left the Central Ohio Lions and went to play with the Northern Kentucky Xtreme in 2007. That was his last year just being a football player. Justin took all the knowledge that he learned from other owners and football coaches to start his own football team the Tri-State Sharks. Justin Isaacs with Walt Voline started the Tri-State Sharks in 2008.

To the team:
"We have to work harder than any other team to accomplish our goals this season. We have to play as one all year. We have to be a family and love each other. Families do have their issues but we will be able to overcome anything. I have noticed all the hard work everyone has put in this off season and I thank you for that. Lets enjoy this season and all the memories that come with it.
