Mission Statement:
H4C is a facility that collaborates with businesses, community organizations, school districts and the juvenile court system to provide in-depth training for perspective Entrepreneurs. Our entrepreneurs will develop a foundation in life skills, discipline, teamwork, self-motivation, time management, and leadership. H4C provides a safe multi-cultural environment that serves to educate, empower, and entertain. As young adults, we have the opportunity to live amongst and be shaped by different cultures. This experience created an awareness of the lack of cultural acceptance. After facing many of life’s challenges, we were determined to make a change in our lives and be successful. Our focus became that of creating a path to success. Through the trails we have faced on this journey, we’ve realized an even greater need. The mission to confront this need gave birth to H4C: a place for society to transcend cultural intolerance through the cultivation of entrepreneurs that will develop businesses that serve to unite and empower our multicultural society and enhance the quality of life.
